What About Time I read an interesting article claiming that time might be an illusion tied to quantum entanglement The interpretation of time is one of the reasons Einstein’s Theory of Relativity and quantum mechanics are at odds Quantum mechanics views time as static. Relativity views time as intertwined with space and subject to gravitational forces However, this isn't a physics lesson LinkedIn has a few people talking about the illusion of self, whatever that means And then you have me. Unified Leadership Theory was originally called The Illusion of Competence Why would it matter if competence is an illusion, that time was an illusion? Here's what you must understand. The more things established as illusions on real life raises questions about the nature of life itself For example, if we live in a simulation, time must be an illusion. It has to be because nothing would be real When I discovered competence was an illusion That the same performance could be interpreted differently by different observers That competence is manipulated at scale all the time. VIP visit, the city clean up, the mother in law visit…anyone? Once I came to this conclusion, competence is an illusion, I had to ask What else is an illusion? What else isn't real?
