Dream Machines DM4 EVO Gaming Mouse Review

After adjusting the DM4 EVO with our own preferences, we fired up Mass Effect: Andromeda, Beyond: Two Souls, Borderlands 3 and CounterStrike: Global Offensive: the PixArt 3389 sensor did track reliably at all times without any extra acceleration and thanks to the textured plastic chassis, the overall grip is pretty good. We did use the mouse with a claw grip and found the lateral buttons easy accessible; the same HUANO buttons as on the DM5 Blink are pleasant to actuate and are also quite reliable.

Packaging, A Closer Look Part I

In this article we will take a look at another gaming mouse from Dream Machines, the DM4 EVO that shares a lot of technical specifications with the previously reviewed DM5 Blink, but comes with a completely different chassis design.

The product was shipped inside a compact cardboard enclosure, which highlights the DM4 EVO design:

Let’s take a closer look at the DM4 EVO:

The mouse does feature an all-black color scheme and uses textured plastic instead of a rubberized coating; usually, the textured plastic comes with a better resistance to wear and does not pick up lint, skin oils as much as rubber:
