The Supersonic USB 3.0 flash drive from Patriot is shipped inside a blister packaging, offering us information on the front regarding the rated read/write speeds, the flash memory size, but Patriot also lets us know that the product features the Quad Channel transfer technology:

To determine the flash drive read speeds, the HD Tune 4.60 utility was used:
To measure the real life performance, I have used the Total Commander application to copy to the flash drive and from the flash drive the same file and recorded the transfer speeds, when they have stabilized.

It is no news that the USB 3.0 flash drives have very good read speeds compared to their USB 2.0 counterparts, but this last Supersonic drive from Patriot Memory really exceeded my expectations in terms of write speeds, reaching with ease 70256 kbytes/s transfer rate, without the need of extra software.
The product does not come with a flashy design, but has an aluminium housing, for shock resistance up to 15G. The Supersonic is available in 32 and 64GB capacities and carries a 5-year warranty from Patriot.
The new USB 3.0 flash drive from Patriot Memory can be found in shops for about 68 Euros.
