Inside the box, we will get to see the main product, sitting inside a transparent plastic mold but also wrapped inside a plastic bag in order to avoid scratches during transit, an USB Type-A to USB Type-C cable but also a leaflet with instructions:

After the GP28 is turned on, it will display the current battery capacity in percent, but also the current operating mode; after just a few seconds, the display will enter in power saving mode, the percent value will disappear but the In/Out indicator will stay on:

 

 

 

In order to test the GP28 power bank, we have charged it to maximum and then we have connected the S20 smartphone from Samsung to it, in order to see how much battery is left in the bank, after our phone charges from 50% to 100%. Please keep in mind that the S20 comes with a Li-Po 4000 mAh non-removable battery; after our smartphone has charged completely, there was 75% left in the power bank, which we think that is a good result!

 

 

 

The GP28 power bank comes with a width of 67.6mm, while its length is 142.8mm, allowing it to be fitted inside regular-size bike pouches or other carrying devices with ease. This is an ideal companion to bring with you for charging your smartphone during long trips but also for keeping your action camera in recording mode for hours and hours. The display indicator we feel that is a much better solution than a number of LEDs, so you will always know how much is left in the power bank and make plans regarding when to recharge it and how much.

 

If you do not have the USB charging cable with you, but have packed an older USB cable, the power bank can be also charged via the Micro-USB port on the side! What is also important to mention is that the bank can supply power to two devices at the same time via the USB Type-A ports and also comes with adaptive power delivery and a lot of fail-safe systems in case something goes wrong.
