The High Endurance microSD cards from Patriot Memory can be easily used in harsh operating conditions, while offering enough performance for recording quality 4K footage. Currently these are available with capacities of up to 128GB and include a microSD adapter to be compatible with even more products.

The High Endurance microSD card series from Patriot Memory was specifically designed for use in devices where temperatures can be as low as -40 degrees Celsius and highs of about 85 degrees Celsius; this kind of temperature range is mostly found with devices operating outside, such as security cameras, dash cameras, action cameras and more!
The cards are shipped inside a slim cardboard enclosure with a plastic layer, so the potential customer can take an exact look at the product without the need to unseal. Here we will also note that the cards are waterproof, shockproof and X-Ray proof and that Patriot Memory catalogs the series as taking part from the Extreme Performance area:

The Patriot High Endurance microSDXC 128GB Flash memory card comes formatted exFAT; we have used a Lexar UHS-II USB 3.0 card reader in order to perform the speed tests and formatted it NTFS:
To determine the flash drive read speeds, the HD Tune v5 utility was used:
To measure the real life performance, we have used the Total Commander application to copy to the card and from the card the same file and recorded the transfer speeds, when they have stabilized.

Besides resistance against environment conditions, the 128GB model features a TBW rating of 192TB; if you need continuous recording onto the card (such with car dash cams), this feature is very useful.
