About Advanced Media Trading Founded in 2002 by Kaveh Farnam and Alaa Al Rantisi, Advanced Media is now the largest distributor of professional video, photo, broadcast and cinema equipment and accessories in the Middle East representing more than 100 recognizable brands including but not limited to Sony Professional Solutions, Zeiss, DJI, Hasselblad, and RED. Conveniently located in Dubai, it conducts business across the MENA region covering every aspect of the industry from consultancy, training and sales to installation, service, and maintenance. Advanced Media recently inaugurated its new showrooms and service centers in Saudi Arabia and Egypt. Cinema, recently participated in a significant event at the MOEIUAE (Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure). Alongside the other 16 UAE organizations who have joined forces as part of the UAE Alliance for Climate Action’s Road2.0 initiative, convened by Emirates Nature-WWF. Road2.0 is the leading initiative aiming to increase the uptake of Commercial Zero Emission Vehicles in the UAE. ✍🏻 We have officially launched the EV Demand Declaration! Signaling our intent to electrify our fleets and to scale up commercial adoption of EVs, we aim to achieve 30% decarbonization of our UAE road transport fleet by 2030, and 100% by 2040. The Declaration has been endorsed by the MOEIUAE (Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure) and the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change (MoECC). Together, we have drafted the public EV Demand Declaration demand signal outlining: 👉 Our collective intent to electrify corporate fleets 👉 Key actions required by EV Ecosystem Players to help us scale up commercial adoption of EVs Let's work together to #drivechange in the UAE.
