Key Responsibilities: Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and layouts for various fit-out projects, including commercial, residential, and retail spaces. Prepare detailed drawings, 3D visualizations, and presentations using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite). Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design implementation aligns with project goals. Source materials, furniture, finishes, and fittings to match design concepts and client specifications. Manage client relationships, understand their needs, and provide design solutions that exceed their expectations. Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and design innovations in the UAE market. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Conduct site visits to oversee design execution and provide on-site guidance when necessary. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design within the UAE fit-out industry. Strong portfolio showcasing creative and successful fit-out projects in various sectors. Proficient in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong project management and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of UAE building codes, standards, and regulations. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
