Position: 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 (𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗙𝗶𝘁-𝗼𝘂𝘁) Location: 𝗔𝗯𝘂 𝗗𝗵𝗮𝗯𝗶, 𝗨𝗔𝗘 Arco Interiors is looking for an ambitious and dynamic Planning Engineers (𝗺𝗶𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹) with a strong background in architecture and interior fit-outs (preferred, not mandatory). 𝑲𝒆𝒚 𝑹𝒐𝒍𝒆𝒔: Develop fully resource loaded Baseline programs Develop and maintain streamlined and comprehensive planning, forecasting. Work closely with senior management to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of operations Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper project operational parameters. Preparation of Upstream and Downstream Contractual Letters / communications with stake holders Preparation of Detailed claims analysis and Extension of Time Ability to handle Client and Consultant requirements Ability to generate deliverables under short notice Ability to prepare Tender Programs Perform other related duties as required and assigned 𝑸𝒖𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔: Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Architecture / Mechanical Engineering Experience Required: 5 to 10 years of experience in UAE (mid-level Planning Engineer) Minimum 10 years’ experience in UAE (Senior Planning Engineer) Proficient in Planning Software (Primavera, Advanced Excel etc.) Outstanding communication and people management skills. Demonstrated ability to generate reports and Management Information System (MIS). Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team. Excellent organizational and time management capabilities. Proficiency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is beneficial.
