We recently had an exhilarating team-building event at Prison Island Abu Dhabi, bringing together 21 participants from various departments of BEACON RED! Split into five competing teams, our colleagues took on a series of cells filled with puzzles, tasks, and obstacles, earning points by completing challenges within a time limit. Much like escape rooms, this adventure combined physical activity with brain-teasing tasks, fostering teamwork and problem-solving skills. While there was only one winning team, everyone had a fantastic time, strengthening bonds and having fun together. It was an unforgettable experience that showcased the power of collaboration and strategic thinking! #BEACONRED #EngagementAndInclusion

For the second year running, our talented colleagues competed in the much-anticipated Great Beacon Red Bake Off, each showcasing their baking prowess and creativity. From zesty lemon cake and classic chocolate chip cookies to rich black forest muffins, and everything in between, our spread was a true testament to our team's culinary skills. Our judges faced the delightful challenge of evaluating each entry based on taste, texture, appearance, and creativity. In addition to crowning the Best Baker, we introduced a People's Choice Award this year, allowing our eager audience to have a say in their favorite bake. A huge thank you to our enthusiastic bakers!
