🌍✈ Successful Patient Transfer from Dubai to San Francisco ✈🌍 We are pleased to share the successful transfer of our patient, Chandra Bose, from Rashid Hospital in Dubai to San Francisco, USA. This was a complex case of post-CVA with current AF, requiring NGT feeding and tracheotomy. Our team worked diligently to ensure a smooth transfer. I personally visited the hospital to assess the patient prior to departure and instructed the RH nurses to prepare the patient by placing a Foley catheter and an IV line and preparing the discharge report. On the day of the transfer, I arrived at the RH ward at 5 AM. Despite some delays, with the DCAS ambulance arriving at 5:50 AM, we managed to proceed efficiently. Although discharge medications were unavailable, we proceeded to the airport, completed check-in and immigration, and boarded the flight. Once on board, the patient was comfortably settled into the stretcher and secured with seat belts. I monitored the patient's vital signs continuously, administered necessary medications, and ensured the patient's comfort throughout the flight. Despite some signs of tension during the descent, we landed safely without any serious issues. Upon arrival, the airport paramedic assessed the patient for land transfer to Sutter Health Hospital. The patient was handed over to the ER nurse and then to the doctor, concluding a successful mission. A special congratulations to Mr. Christopher, our dedicated nurse who provided exceptional care from Rashid Hospital to San Francisco. We also extend our heartfelt gratitude to our marketing manager, Mr. Fayaz, who faced numerous challenges but never lost hope. His relentless efforts ensured the success of this transfer. At Care On Board, we are committed to providing exceptional care and support in every patient transfer. 🚑❤ Mr. Christhoper & Ahamed Fayaz
