CM4C's vision is to change the understanding of corporate culture in the MENA region to a more empathetic and appreciative concept. The core of our work is the enhancement of awareness around Human dynamics - a key skill in the era of Artificial Intelligence. The well founded understanding of self and our environment is the absolute basis of human- centered decisions and empathetic leadership. Our Mission is to empower leaders and HR teams in every organization we work with to transform organizational culture through a Human-centric approach. Our purpose is to create more empathetic workplaces to allow everyone to strive and succeed in the activities they spent the majority of their time with - their job. CM4C (coaching methods for change, communication, culture, and continuous improvement) is your focal point for personalized services around the strategic improvement of your organization's HR processes and the HR team's individual journeys. This includes training solutions; online courses, workshops, and coaching. CM4C offers you tailor made projects, HR specific coaching, and MAP - a course developed to allow leaders to detect blind spots, develop emotional intelligence, and create habits that allow for more progress when reaching your goals. Throughout her career, Sabine worked with Founders, C-Levels, Directors, and employees of different hierarchical levels. Soon after she started her journey working with different start ups to create (and/ or improve) their HR processes, she realized that the multitude of urgent topics of management can be handled best by combining business knowledge with coaching methods. This approach allowed Sabine to navigate change processes, culture change, and other processes that are crucial for business success.
