Always nice to complete a #Hottap 36inch / 20inch #SIT (system integration test) over the weekend at our yard in Bergen op Zoom NL.

You will oversee the productivity, quality control, and safety measures within the offshore operations department, ensuring compliance with legal standards. In this role, you will manage budgets, improve operational systems and processes, and provide strategic insights. Additionally, you will lead, train, and mentor the offshore team to ensure smooth and cost-effective operations. 𝗧𝗮𝘀𝗸𝘀: ● Lead and manage the DCN operations team. ● Oversee productivity, quality control, and safety measures within the offshore operations department. ● Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices. ● Ensure offshore processes remain legally compliant. ● Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective operations. ● Recruit, train, and mentor offshore employees. ● Provide information and recommendations for strategic planning.   𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: ● A strong track record in leadership and team management. ● Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. ● A positive and critical mindset. ● Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. ● The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. ● A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the subsea or offshore industry. ● Fluency in both Dutch and English, written and spoken. 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗝𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲! We are pleased to welcome Jurre Helmons, who has recently joined our offshore department as a Project Engineer. Jurre brings a strong background, having previously worked as a maintenance technician on Apache helicopters in the Air Force. In addition to his hands-on experience, he recently completed his part-time HBO Mechanical Engineering degree, demonstrating his dedication to learning and professional growth. In his free time, Jurre enjoys outdoor activities such as mountain biking, kite surfing, and motorcycling. We are excited to have him on board and look forward to seeing the impact he will make in his new role.

🌊 𝗪𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝘂𝗱𝘆 𝗱𝗲 𝗩𝗼𝘀! We are thrilled to welcome Maudy de Vos to our team at DCN Diving! Maudy joined us on September 2nd, 2024, as a front office employee at DCN Bergen Op Zoom and also provides valuable support to our financial department. At 38 years old, Maudy brings energy and enthusiasm to our team. After just two days, she shared: “I already enjoy this job so much! It’s challenging, diverse, and my colleagues are incredibly kind and engaged.” We are excited to see her grow and thrive with us! Outside of work, Maudy loves to stay active by hiking, doing strength training, and enjoying outdoor activities. She also has a passion for cooking, listening to music, and gardening. We’re excited to have you on board, Maudy, and look forward to all the great things we’ll accomplish together! 🌟

At 27 years old, Shamina is joining us with a strong background in law and a passion for corporate legal matters. Before joining DCN, Shamina worked as a Notarial employee specializing in Corporate Law at 010Notaris and as a Junior Legal Advisor at Alfa Accountants and Advisors. She brings valuable experience to our team and is eager to make a meaningful impact here at DCN. Outside of her professional life, Shamina loves spending time with her family and has a passion for traveling and exploring new places. 🌊 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺, 𝗪𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘀! We are excited to introduce Wouter Goossens, our newest team member at DCN Diving in Antwerp! Originally from Belgium, Wouter is 23 years old and brings a unique combination of skills and passion to our team. With a bachelor’s degree in Design and Production Technology and training as a professional diver in Norway, Wouter is now ready to dive into his new role with us. He’s eager to start his journey as a diver at DCN and contribute to our projects with his technical expertise and enthusiasm. Outside of work, Wouter loves staying active. He is an avid runner and enjoys working on creative projects such as 3D printing, turning, milling, and designing. His passion for combining technical skills with hands-on creativity makes him a perfect fit for the team. We’re thrilled to have Wouter on board and look forward to seeing the great things he will achieve with us in Antwerp! Welcome, Wouter! 🎉
