Dubai Insurance Company looking for an Arabic speaker Medical Claims Doctor pertaining to Medical Pre-Authorization, Reimbursement, Auditing and Help-line related operations on shared basis with the other in-house doctors & proactively provide medical pre-authorization to hospitals, pharmacies & clinics based on company guidelines and policy terms & conditions.   Position Title: Medical Claims Doctor   Duties & Responsibilities: - Review and assess medical claims to ensure they meet our company policies and regulatory guidelines. Work closely with the approvals team to facilitate a smooth workflow within the department. - Receive calls from members, helping them understand their coverage and communicating with medical providers to obtain additional information. - Stay current with medical advancements and changes in industry standards to make well-informed and timely decisions. - Adhere to regulatory guidelines and company policies, ensuring high-quality assessments in all claims evaluations.   Requirements: - MD certificate with relevant experience; medical insurance experience is a plus. - Skilled at explaining complex medical concepts in a clear and approachable manner. - Able to evaluate complex claims with attention to detail and make the right decisions. - Excellent English & Arabic verbal and written communication skills.
