وقّعت وزارة الاقتصاد مُذكرة تفاهم مع رابطة الدوري الإسباني لكرة القدم “لاليغا”، لإطلاق مشروع إنشاء “مختبر مكافحة القرصنة” لحجب المواقع الإلكترونية المنتهكة لحقوق الملكية الفكرية وحقوق المؤلف والنشر والمحتوى الإبداعي في دولة الإمارات، وتطوير التكنولوجيا والأدوات الرقمية للكشف عن الاستخدام غير القانوني للمحتوى الصوتي والمرئي، حيث سيُقام هذا المشروع في مدينة دبي للإعلام التابعة لمجموعة تيكوم، وستعمل الوزارة والرابطة على تنفيذ المشروع بالتعاون مع هيئة تنظيم الاتصالات والحكومة الرقمية. وقّع المذكرة سعادة خافيير تيباس، رئيس رابطة الدوري الإسباني لكرة القدم وسعادة عبدالله أحمد آل صالح، وكيل وزارة الاقتصاد الذي أكّد أنّ المشروع يأتي استكمالاً لجهود وزارة الاقتصاد في تعزيز الحماية المتكاملة لأصحاب الأعمال الإبداعية. #مذكرة_تفاهم The Ministry of Economy signed a MoU with LaLiga to launch a project to establish an “Anti-Piracy Lab” aimed at blocking websites that infringe on intellectual property rights, copyright, and creative content in the UAE. The project will also develop technologies and digital tools to detect the illegal use of audio and visual content. This project will be located in Dubai Media City, part of TECOM Group. The ministry and LaLiga will implement the project in collaboration with the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority. The MoU was signed by H.E. Javier Tebas, President of LaLiga, and H.E. Abdullah Ahmed Al Saleh, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Economy, who emphasised that the project complements the Ministry of Economy’s efforts to enhance comprehensive protection for creative business owners. #MemorandumOfUnderstanding
