شاركت هيئة الصحة بدبي في معرض الإمارات للوظائف #رؤية2024 بمجموعة من برامجها ومبادراتها لجذب الكفاءات الوطنية ودعم القطاع الصحي بفرص عمل متنوعة، ضمن سياستها للتوطين. وأعلنت الهيئة خلال المعرض عن أكثر من 350 فرصة عمل للمواطنين في القطاع الصحي الخاص بمجالات طبية، تقنية، وإدارية، كما قدمت برنامج "نخبة" لاستقطاب وتدريب وتعيين حديثي التخرج في التخصصات ذات الأولوية. #الصحة_السعادة_الازدهار

Under the directives of HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence of the UAE, and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, DHA has launched a comprehensive and integrated framework to support the mental wealth of Dubai’s community. This initiative aligns with the objective of the Dubai Social Agenda 33, to make Dubai the world’s best destination for living, working, and visiting. #DubaiMentalWealth

بتوجيهات سمو الشيخ حمدان بن محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم، ولي عهد دبي نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء وزير الدفاع رئيس المجلس التنفيذي لإمارة #دبي، أطلقت هيئة الصحة بدبي منظومة شاملة ومتكاملة لدعم الرفاه النفسي لمجتمع دبي، بموازنة تبلغ 105 مليون درهم تحقيقاً لمستهدفات أجندة دبي الاجتماعية 33 الساعية لأن تكون دبي الوجهة المفضلة للعيش على مستوى العالم. #الرفاه_النفسي_في_دبي

أعلنت #هيئة_الصحة خلال ورشة عمل نظمتها مؤخراً بالتعاون مع جمعية الإمارات للأورام عن إصدار حزمة من المعايير الجديدة لتنظيم تقديم خدمات علاج الأورام في #دبي وذلك ضمن الأهداف الاستراتيجية للقطاع الصحي 2026 للوصول إلى نظام صحي ريادي يساهم في جعل الإمارة نموذجاً للرعاية الصحية ذات النتائج العلاجية الممتازة. واستعرضت الورشة المعايير الجديدة لتنظيم تقديم خدمات تشخيص وعلاج الأورام المتماشية مع أفضل المعايير والممارسات العالمية في هذا المجال، وذلك بحضور عدد من الشركاء الاستراتيجيين وممثلي المنشآت الصحية المستهدفة في القطاع الصحي بدبي. DHA has announced new standards for regulating oncology services in collaboration with the Emirates Oncology Society. This initiative aligns with Dubai's Healthcare Strategy 2026, aiming to enhance patient confidence and position Dubai as a leading healthcare destination. It reflects DHA's ongoing commitment to developing the healthcare sector and ensuring high-quality, specialised treatment services. During a workshop, DHA, in collaboration with Professor Humaid Al Shamsi, Chairman of the #Oncology Society at the Emirates Medical Association, reviewed new standards for oncology services. The standards are based on UAE legislation and international best practices. The workshop was attended by strategic partners and representatives from healthcare facilities providing oncological services in #Dubai.

أعلنت #هيئة_الصحة بدبي، عن إطلاق مشروع " المعايير الصحية لتنظيم خدمات التبرع وزراعة الأعضاء في إمارة دبي بالتعاون مع الشبكة المتحدة UNOS والمركز الوطني في وزارة الصحة ووقاية المجتمع، والذي يتضمن حزمة من المعايير الصحية التنظيمية التي وضعتها الهيئة ضمن جهودها المستمرة لتطوير كافة مجالات الخدمات الصحية وتقديمها ضمن نظام صحي متكامل قائم على تعزيز الجودة وسلامة المرضى، وبما يضمن تطوير ونمو القطاع الصحي في إمارة دبي. وتهدف المعايير الصادرة من الهيئة إلى تنظيم الخدمات الصحية المقدمة في مجالات زراعة الكبد والبنكرياس، وزراعة القلب والرئة، والزراعة الترميمية للأطراف والأنسجة الوعائية، والتبرع بالأعضاء والأنسجة البشرية (المتبرع الحي). DHA has launched an innovative project called "Health Standards for Organ Donation and Transplantation Services in the Emirate of Dubai." in collaboration with the United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS) and National center in Ministry of Health and Prevention. This initiative is part of the authority's broader efforts to enhance healthcare services, focusing on quality and patient safety within a unified healthcare framework. The project includes comprehensive regulatory standards to improve services across various domains, including liver and pancreas transplants, heart and lung transplants, vascularised composite allograft (limb) transplants, and human organ and tissue donations from living donors. This strategic initiative is expected to significantly advance the healthcare sector in Dubai.

فازت مبادرة إجادة “الرعاية الصحية القائمة على القيمة” بجائزة الإمارات تبتكر 2024 عن فئة أفضل ابتكار جذري، والتي تعد تحولاً جذرياً، حيث تنتقل من الرعاية الصحية القائمة على الحجم إلى الرعاية الصحية القائمة على القيمة، وهي المبادرة الأولى من نوعها في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا، التي تؤسس إطاراً شاملاً قائماً على البيانات الضخمة لرصد وتقييم الخدمات الصحية، وتشجيع التعاون الجماعي بين مقدمي الخدمات، حيث قدم البرنامج حوافز تشجيعية لمزودي الرعاية الصحية عند تحسن حالة المرضى. Ejada, the Value-Based Healthcare initiative, won the UAE Innovates 2024 Award in the Best Radical Innovation category. Ejada is a radical transformation as it moves from volume to value-based healthcare. It is one-of-its-kind in the Middle East and North Africa region, which establishes a comprehensive framework based on big data to monitor and evaluate health services and encourage cooperation between service providers, as the programme provides incentives to healthcare providers when patients' conditions improve.
