CPHI is a great event to meet the industry, and this year’s event in Milan certainly lived up to expectations. A key takeaway from our discussions with industry leaders is the growing emphasis on a customized approach by service providers. Whilst standardization remains a fundamental component of an efficient supply chain, the flexibility and adaptability required in today's rapidly evolving environment means that a one-size-fits-all approach often fails to meet requirements. We are delighted to announce that Fernanda Arruda has joined EarlyHealth Group as Project Manager. Fernanda brings 15 years of expertise in managing global clinical trial projects at PPD, Covance, and Roche LATAM, from start-up to clinical closure. Prior to joining, she led a Post-Marketing Quality Assurance initiative for AbbVie, where she was responsible for patient safety and regulatory submissions with the USFDA. Fernanda holds a degree in Pharmacy and Biochemistry from the University of Sao Paulo, Brazil, and an MBA with specialization in the pharmaceutical industry.   Joining our team of Project Managers, we are confident that Fernanda’s experience and insights will significantly contribute to the success of projects and initiatives. #EarlyHealthGroup
