This Saudi pharmacy giant, with over 𝟭,𝟭𝟬𝟬 pharmacies across the Kingdom and the UAE. 💼 𝗜𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟮, 𝗡𝗮𝗵𝗱𝗶 𝘄𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 with a market cap of $𝟰.𝟱 𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻. In 2023, the company achieved $𝟮.𝟯 𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 in revenue and $𝟮𝟯𝟴 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 in net profit. But what truly stands out is their eCommerce journey. 🛒 𝗟𝗮𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟭𝟲, Nahdi started by offering store pickups as the only delivery method. Fast forward to 2023, and they’ve now expanded to include home delivery, helping them achieve $𝟯𝟳𝟮 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 in online revenue by the end of the year. That’s a 𝟮𝟱-𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 from 2018, when their online sales were just $15 million! 📈 Nahdi’s total revenue grew by 𝟭𝟴.𝟱% over the past five years, while online revenue skyrocketed with a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of over 𝟵𝟬%. Today, online sales contribute up to 𝟭𝟲% of their total revenue, and projections for 2024 show that figure climbing to over 𝟮𝟮% 𝗼𝗳 $𝟮.𝟱 𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 in total revenue! 🚗𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝗡𝗮𝗵𝗱𝗶 𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 is its omnichannel experience. Store pickups have been a significant part of their eCommerce strategy, accounting for 𝟲𝟭% of online sales in 2018 and still contributing around 𝟰𝟬% in 2021. Educate consumers about the risks of counterfeit products, and leverage your Product Detail Pages (PDPs) to explain why specific ingredients are essential for healthy skin, not just list them. ✨ 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 – We all understand the importance of sustainability, but are consumers really willing to pay more for it? For most, the answer is no. So, brands must innovate and think creatively about how to make sustainability affordable without compromising quality. ✨ 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘀 – Loyalty is waning (prove me wrong!), price sensitivity is higher in 2024 than last year, and omnichannel strategies are crucial as consumers increasingly discover products offline but continue purchasing online.
