اتباعاً لسلسة الورش التوعوية المتخصصة بالتقييم الوطني لمخاطر تمويل انتشار التسلح، وعلى مدار ثلاثة أيام، نظم المكتب التنفيذي للرقابة وحظر الانتشار ورشة عمل مع الجهات الرقابية وجهات إنفاذ القانون والتحقيق وجهات الادعاء العام والسلطات الجمركية والقطاع الخاص من المؤسسات المالية والأعمال والمهن غير المالية المحددة ومزودي خدمات الأصول الافتراضية. وجرى خلال اللقاء تعريف المشاركين بالتهديدات ونقاط الضعف التي يمكن استغلالها من قبل ممولي انتشار التسلح، واستعراض ومناقشة ابرز نتائج التقييم الوطني والأدوات والأساليب المستخدمه لتمرير العمليات غير المشروعه، والتوصيات والأدوار المتوقعة من القطاعين الحكومي والخاص. ‏Following a series of specialized awareness workshops on the national assessment of proliferation financing risks, the Executive Office for Control and Non-Proliferation organized a three-day workshop with supervisory authorities, law enforcement and investigation entities, public prosecution authorities, customs authorities and the private sector; including financial institutions, DNFBPs, and virtual asset service providers. During the workshop, participants were briefed on the threats and vulnerabilities that could be exploited by proliferators. The session also discussed the key findings of the national risk assessment, the typologies and methods used to carry out illicit transactions, as well as the recommendations and expected roles of both public and private sectors.

‎عقد المكتب التنفيذي للرقابة وحظر الانتشار ورشة عمل افتراضية مع القطاع الخاص تحت عنوان “تحديثات الاتفاقيات العالمية لحظر انتشار أسلحة الدمار الشامل”، ويهدف اللقاء إلى تعزيز فهم القطاع المستجدات في الاتفاقيات واللوائح والسلع الخاضعة للرقابة، وضمان الامتثال للأطر القانونية الدولية والوطنية. ‎تأتي الورشة ضمن سلسلة من البرامج لزيادة الوعي والتعاون مع مختلف القطاعات، بما يسهم في دعم التزام دولة الإمارات بالمعايير الدولية للأستخدام السلمي وتجارة المواد ذات الاستخدام المزدوج. The Executive Office for Control and Non-Proliferation (EOCN) held a virtual workshop with the private sector titled “Updates on Global Non-Proliferation Agreements” The workshop aimed to enhance the sector’s understanding of the latest developments in agreements, regulations, and controlled goods while ensuring compliance with international and national legal frameworks. The workshop is part of a series of programs aimed at raising awareness and enhancing cooperation with various sectors, contributing to the UAE’s commitment to international standards for the peaceful use and trade of dual-use materials.

‎شارك المكتب التنفيذي للرقابة وحظر الانتشار ضمن وفد الدولة في أعمال مؤتمر “لا مال للإرهاب”، والذي عقد في مدينة میونیخ قبيل انطلاق مؤتمر ميونيخ للأمن. ركزت جلسات المؤتمر على عدد من المحاور الأساسية، مثل تعزيز التعاون متعدد الأطراف، واستخدام الوسائل الرقمية في تمويل الإرهاب والجريمة المنظمة. ‏The Executive Office for Control and Non-Proliferation participated as part of the country’s delegation in the “No Money for Terror” conference 2025, which was held in Munich ahead of the Munich Security Conference. ‏The conference sessions focused on several key topics, including enhancing multilateral cooperation and the use of digital tools in financing terrorism and organized crime.

شارك المكتب التنفيذي للرقابة وحظر الانتشار في ورشة عمل حول أفضل الممارسات في التعامل مع تباينات الافصاح عن المواد الكيميائية الخاضعة للرقابة، والمنعقدة في مسقط - عمان. وجرى خلال جلسات الورشة مناقشة سبل تقليل تباينات نقل المواد الكيميائية وتعزيز القدرات الوطنية لتحديد أسباب التباينات وحلها. كذلك ركزت الورشة على رفع مستويات الوعي والمعرفة حول الالتزام الدولي للمادة السادسة من اتفاقية حظر الأسلحة الكيميائية وتعزيز التواصل بين السلطات الوطنية مما يسهم في حل هذه التباينات. The Executive Office for Control and Non-proliferation (EOCN) participated in a workshop on best practices in dealing with discrepancies in the disclosure of controlled chemicals, held in Muscat, Oman. During the workshop sessions, ways to reduce chemical transport disparities and strengthen national capacities to identify and resolve the causes of disparities were discussed. The seminar has also focused on raising awareness and knowledge about the international commitment to Article VI of the Chemical Weapons Convention and enhancing communication between national authorities, which contributes to resolving these variations.

ضمن جهود الشراكة مع القطاع الخاص، عقد المكتب التنفيذي للرقابة وحظر الانتشار ورشة عمل افتراضية حول مستجدات الرقابة على الصادرات والامتثال. وتم مشاركة آخر التطورات في السياسات وأدلة العمل ومناقشة برامج بناء القدرات لعام 2025 وفق احتياجات القطاع. As part of the partnership efforts with the private sector, EOCN held a virtual workshop on the latest developments in export control and compliance. The event witnessed sharing the latest policy developments and action guides. Capacity building programs for 2025 were also discussed according to the needs of the sector.

استقبل سعادة طلال الطنيجي، مدير المكتب التنفيذي للرقابة وحظر الانتشار، سعادة روبرت رينز، القنصل العام للولايات المتحدة الأمريكية في دبي والامارات الشمالية. وجرى خلال اللقاء بحث أوجه الشراكة الاستراتيجية بين البلدين في مجال الرقابة على الصادرات، وتعزيز التعاون الثنائي وتبادل المعلومات والخبرات ذات العلاقة في دعم وتطوير آليات الرقابة. His Excellency Talal Al-Teneiji, EOCN Director, received H.E Robert Raines, Consul General of the United States of America in Dubai and the Northern Emirates. The meeting centered on strategic partnerships between the two countries in the area of export control, enhanced bilateral cooperation and the exchange of relevant information and experience in supporting and developing control mechanisms.

استقبل سعادة طلال الطنيجي مدير المكتب التنفيذي للرقابة وحظر الانتشار وفداً من الإدارة العامة للجمارك في دولة الكويت برئاسة السيد سامي الكندري نائب المدير العام، وجرى خلال اللقاء مناقشة مجالات التعاون وتبادل الخبرات في مجال الرقابة على الصادرات والتطبيق الفعال لمتطلبات العقوبات المالية المستهدفة المعنية في مكافحة تمويل الإرهاب وانتشار التسلح. His Excellency Talal Al-Teneiji, EOCN Director, received a delegation from the General Directorate of Customs in the State of Kuwait, headed by Mr. Sami Al-Kandari, Deputy Director General. The meeting has tackled areas of cooperation and exchange of experiences in the field of export control. Effective application of the requirements of targeted financial sanctions related to combating the financing of terrorism and the proliferation of weapons have also been discussed in the gathering.

عقد المكتب التنفيذي للرقابة وحظر الانتشار ورشة افتراضية تحت عنوان “الامتثال للسلع الخاضعة للرقابة: تمكين القطاع الخاص”، تهدف إلى تعزيز فهم الجهات المعنية في القطاع الخاص للوائح الرقابة على الصادرات وضمان الامتثال للإطارين القانونيين الدولي والوطني. تناولت ورشة العمل محاور رئيسية منها التعرف على السلع الخاضعة للرقابة والبضائع ذات الاستخدام المزدوج، واستكشاف فئات قوائم الرقابة الخاصة بالمكتب التنفيذي، إضافة لمعالجة تحديات الامتثال قبل وأثناء وبعد الحصول على التصاريح. كما تضمنت الورشة استعراض دراسات حالة واقعية في قطاعات مثل النفط والغاز والإلكترونيات وأنظمة الملاحة.   ‎‏The Executive Office for Control and Non-Proliferation (EOCN) held a virtual workshop titled “Controlled Goods Compliance: Empowering the Private Sector.” The workshop aimed to enhance the private sector’s understanding of export control regulations and ensure compliance with both international and national legal frameworks. ‎‏The workshop covered key topics, including identifying controlled goods and dual-use items, Navigating the EOCN Control List categories, and addressing compliance challenges before, during, and after obtaining permits.
