🚀 We're Hiring a Finance Officer! 💵 Join our team at Etihad Aviation Training (EAT) and play a key role in managing and optimizing our financial operations. 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞: https://lnkd.in/dzNx2itw 𝐒𝐲𝐧𝐨𝐩𝐬𝐢𝐬 The Finance Officer will report directly to the Finance Manager and assist in executing, monitoring, and reviewing financials, managing reconciliations, and contributing to the preparation of management reports. 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 - Monitor and review financial records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established policies and procedures. - Assist in managing and reconciling decentralized accounting activities to maintain consistency and integrity of financial data. - To aid in the resolution of complex financial issues in a timely manner, adhering to accounting principles and internal guidelines. - Support in developing and preparing management reports to provide timely and relevant financial information to stakeholders. - Collaborate with external stakeholders as required (e.g. governmental bodies, suppliers) to ensure proper communication and preparation of regulatory reports. - Contribute to the development of policies, processes, and procedures to ensure operational compliance with international standards and regulations. - Assist in managing the monthly invoicing cycle, ensuring correct billing and the prompt collection of payments in line with organizational policies. - To support, when required, the Business Performance and Strategy Team in the growth and expansion of EAT 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 Minimum Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
