Position :  Thermal cum Mechanical Design Engineer Experience : 8 Years Qualification : BE Mechanical Engineering/ Equivalent.   Job Description: Utilize HTRI software to design and simulate Heat exchangers and other heat transfer equipment. Support in estimation stage with the preliminary HTRI calculation for the bidding purpose. Prepare detailed design calculation both thermal and mechanical for the heat transfer equipment. Should participate the design reviews, project meetings and technical discussions to ensure alignment and resolve any design related queries. Ensure all designs, both thermal and mechanical, comply with the relevant industry codes and standards and client specifications. Qualification & Experience Degree in Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical / Equivalent. Minimum 8 years of experience in Engineering design and preferably 3 years with fabrication industry. Minimum 5 years of experience in HTRI software and should be able to perform HTRI calculations independently. Required Position: QC Inspector- Structural Experience : Minimum 3 Years. Required Position: Mechanical Draughtsman for API Tanks Experience : 5 Years Qualification : BE Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Job Description: To undertake detailed engineering draughting activities for API 650, 620 Std Tanks. Required Position : Coating / Painting Inspector Qualification: Diploma/ BE. Mechanical Certification : NACE level II Experience : Minimum 5 years Job Location : Dubai, UAE   Job description : To monitor and keep records of weather conditions for surface preparation and coating application. Preparation & review of complete blasting and Painting procedure & ITP for client submissions. To monitor the method statements and ensure strict implementation of quality standards as per the set parameters and conducting regular quality inspections. Performing inspection as per Inspection and Test plan/Quality plan. To ensure the final coated surface to be free from coating defects such as pinholes, holidays, sagging, dry/over spray, orange peel, contamination etc. Document inspection results by completing reports and logs on regular basis. Inspect blasting and painting equipment and tools, inspect the test equipment, and verify the validity of calibration. Undertake test qualifications for spray painters, brush painters and blasters. Liaise with the client representatives, project managers and QC manager for all coating and insulation related activities. Initiate observations, surveillance reports and NCRs in case of any nonconformity or deviation, analyse causes, identify trends and coordinate implementation of the relevant corrective / preventive actions. Good knowledge of ASTM, ISO, NACE standards. Preparation of welding Procedure Specification , Procedure qualification record (WPS/PQR ) as per relevant codes and specifications. Monitoring of welding activities , Witnessing mechanical testing and review of related documentation.
