Since 2015, our football school has involved over 1000 girls and boys from 3 to 17 years old, is managed by Italian coaches and is currently present in 7 locations: JLT, Umm Suqeim, Safa, Business Bay, Festival City, Mirdif and Flag Island. We have created a dedicated program for the Elite and Selected teams which includes: registration for the best tournaments in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates and around the world, the use of technology, international tournaments and the possibility of participating in the Juventus Academy World Cup, a tournament with 70 Juventus Academies from all over the world that also saw us as protagonists last year with a third place in the Under 11 category 🏆 Last May our company ranked first at the SPIA Awards in the category 'best sports organization' in the Middle East 🥇 In collaboration with the Dubai Sports Council we have launched a Juventus coaching course (the first outside Europe) and we have just renewed a partnership with the ENTERTAINER, thanks to which all families will be entitled to a series of Buy One Get One Free discounts on 200 restaurants, beauty salons, wellness and fitness centers, recreational activities, fashion and retail stores and other services.  Thanks to an agreement with Postpay, parents will be able to pay the registration fee in interest-free installments. UAE Working Resident’s VISA and football experience in Europe is mandatory in order to apply to the job opportunity. Responsibilities: 1. Holding Coaching football lessons to children from 4 to 17 years old. 2. Developing lesson plans and participating in technical meetings. 3. Learning Juventus football club requirements as Training Guides and Match Reports. 4. Supporting the Company’s events, tournaments and related activities if required. 5. Ensuring effective interaction and keeping good relationships with players and team members. Features, experience and qualifications: 1. Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and fluent English speaker 2. Previous experience as a football coach, player or as a P.E. Teacher 3. Passionate, with good communication skills and team work spirit, Self-motivated and service focused. 4. Committed, quick learner, willing to learn actively and able to work under pressure. 5. UEFA Coaching qualification is preferable. Conditions: Salary: based on experience and timings Arrangement: Fixed amount per month. Timings: 4 times per week + matches Contract: September/May with the opportunity to extend. We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Executive to join our dynamic team and provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. Position Overview: As an Administrative Executive at Juventus Academy, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative functions within the academy. You will work closely with various departments, coaches, and staff to support the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our programs. The roles and responsibilities will include but not be limited to: 1. Oversee the maintenance of accurate records and documentation related to player registrations and other essential paperwork. 2. Act as a liaison between academy management, coaching staff, players, and their families, addressing inquiries and providing necessary support. 3. Undertaking the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence 4. Handling clients/customers’ requests and queries appropriately 5. Produce reports, presentations and briefs. 6. Collaborate with the finance department to track expenses, process invoices, and maintain budgetary records. 7. Support the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. 8. Monitor the wellbeing of Academy players at all times liaising with the Head Coach of the location, communicating and engaging with parents/guardians where appropriate. Job requirements:  Proven experience (3 years) in an administrative role within a similar environment, preferably in sports or youth development programs.  Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.  Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures  Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)  Proficiency in English, knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.  Exemplary planning and time management skills  Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications  High level verbal and written communications skills  Discretion and confidentiality  Critical thinker and problem-solving skills  Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
