Bistro Des Arts will host the Cook For Lebanon charity event on October 27 at the Dubai Marina restaurant from Gates Hospitality. It'll feature a five-course menu designed by acclaimed chefs, namely, Rita Soueidan, Mohamad Orfali, Bethany Kehdy, Ali Fouad Hassan and Marwan Sardouk. The event, dedicated to supporting Lebanon and honouring the late chef Greg Malouf, will raise funds for those affected by the recent crises in the country.
