A New Era of Luxury Hospitality Begins in Adelaide   South Australia's Premier, The Hon Peter Malinauskas MP, joined forces with the Samaras Construction & Developments, and Crystalbrook Collection to commence the construction of a $120 million luxury hotel, Crystalbrook Sam, located on Halifax Street in Adelaide. The project, designed to celebrate local spirit while introducing innovative luxury, is expected to open in 2026. It will feature 206 rooms and suites, a grand lobby, a rooftop bathhouse and day spa, and various dining and event spaces. This development is set to boost Adelaide's tourism and hospitality sectors, contributing significantly to the local economy and job market.   Our founder and chairman, Mr. Ghassan Aboud, outlined the strategic significance of this new venture. “Crystalbrook Sam is our ninth hotel in Australia, marking our continuous commitment to enhancing a unique collection of operating properties that span Cairns, Brisbane, Byron Bay, Sydney, and Newcastle.
