Set along the shoreline of Dubai's JBR with stunning sea views, this 3,014 sq. ft. luxury residence is the epitome of high-end living. Our scope included a full turnkey fit out, executed with every intricate detail carefully considered. The modern kitchen features a sculptural marble countertop, cut from a single slab for a bold, uninterrupted finish. Warm timber and veneer details add depth, balancing modernity with inviting textures. Every joinery element was made in our Bahrain factory and carefully installed on site, and the result is a space that is luxurious, practical, and effortlessly sophisticated.

This month, our teams came together across Bahrain, Jeddah, and Riyadh for a series of Iftar and Ghabga events. We shared good food, great conversations, and moments of gratitude. A big thank you to everyone who joined and made it even more memorable🌙

The St. Regis Kuwait’s guestrooms weren’t a one-size-fits-all solution—each room variation had different configurations, sizes, and designs, but precision was key. Whether it was 40 rooms or 400, our approach never changed—every piece was made with utmost care and accuracy. We balanced efficient production with custom detailing, making sure every item fit just right. While milling, machining, veneering, and polishing kept things running smoothly, our assembly and quality checks made all the difference before anything reached the site. Its reflective surfaces brighten the space, while the textured finish gives out a unique, visually interesting look. ▪️ Inside a Luxury Lift – We used natural veneer walls, blue onyx glass, and antique mirrors create a classic look, while a bronze mirrored ceiling and V-shaped herringbone floor add a polished finish. ▪️ Metal, Glass, and Wood Fretwork Screen – Custom-made in our Bahrain factory, these wooden panels feature triangular cut-outs and patterned glass—offering privacy without blocking light, keeping the space open and airy. ▪️ Veneer Detailing - Guest rooms feature high-quality wood veneer on ceilings and pillars, adding natural texture and a polished finish.
