I prioritize training for my team and encourage them to take courses to enhance their skills. This month, we completed the IPAF MEWP Course (Mobile and Static). Layton Windsor-Thomas will travel to the UK on Sunday for a three-week Close Protection course. In August, the whole team will undergo advanced first-aid refresher training. I will fly to Bulgaria to hone my firearms skills and work as a Range Safety Officer while there. Some crew members will also refresh their fire safety level 2 certification.
