هحكيلك قصة بس اقراها للاخر معلش. واحد من زمايلنا اللي كان حاصل على شهادة من واحدة من أهم الجامعات الأمريكية وفاكر انه اصبح مدير خبير حصلت معاه تجربة من فترة. كان مدير في شركة انترناشونال، وكانت مبيعات الشركة عالية وبتحقق أرباح مطمئنة بسبب كفاءة بعض الموظفين المتميزين اللي كانوا شغالين هناك. لكن برغم كده، لاحظ إن كان في بعض الأخطاء زي التأخير المتكرر أو بعض الهفوات. بس في العموم، كان الشغل بيمشي تمام. بس هو قرر يعاقب ويخصم على الموظفين المتميزين دول بدون حكمة. فالموظفين اللي وقت عليهم الخصم -المستحق بالمناسبة- قدموا استقالاتهم احتجاجًا على أساليب المدير المتعالية معاهم. والشركة كمان وافقت على استقالاتهم. بعد فترة، انهارت الشركة وانخفضت مبيعاتها بشكل كبير بعد ما خرج الموظفين المتميزين دول. والمدير حاول يتواصل معاهم عشان يرجعوا تاني، بس فات الأوان. لانهم كانوا أسسوا شركة تانية بقت أقوى من الشركة اللي خرجوا منها بمراحل وفي خلال فترة سريعة. ايه الدرس المستفاد هنا؟! إن الإدارة مش مجرد قواعد وأنظمة متجمدة. الإدارة بتحتاج مرونة في القرارات وميكونش فيه قواعد محددة للتعامل مع كل الناس بنفس الطريقة. لازم يبقى في فهم للاحتياجات المختلفة للموظفين. لو قابلك موقف زي دا .. بتتصرف ازاي؟ سواء موظف او مدير
