On October 10th, KAEFER UAE observed World Mental Health Day, with the theme: “It is time to prioritise Mental Health in the workplace.” To mark this occasion, various initiatives were taken in the office and project sites. KAEFER UAE Welfare CRS Committee created a “Wall of Wellness: Inspiring Quotes for Mental Health” , where employees contributed by posting their favourite quotes on mental health. Additionally, awareness sessions were organized in office and sites aiming at educating employees about mental health r and how to support one another, ensuring that mental health is a priority within our organisation. As we move forward, KAEFER UAE remains committed to implementing initiatives that support mental health and well-being. We encourage all employees to continue the dialogue around mental health and to seek support whenever needed. Together, we can create a healthier workplace for everyone.

During the 3rd quarter, the HSE Meeting was held by ADNOC Gas Processing at Asab, and representatives from KAEFER showcased their innovative, safe work practices. The meeting highlighted the importance of health, safety, and environment (HSE) standards within the organization, emphasizing the commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.   Mr. Mohammed Abdulla Al Suwaidi, the Civil Department Head at ADNOC, expressed appreciation for the KAEFER team's efforts and achievements in implementing these best practices. He recognized outstanding contributions by presenting awards for Best Employee and Best Project Coordinator, highlighting their roles as exemplary models within the plant.

Immensely proud to announce that around 700 participants from KAEFER UAE collectively covered an impressive 5,133.87 kilometers in Venuslauf 2024, which is a significant leap from last year’s 3,046.45 kilometers! This is the result of our commitment to supporting charitable causes. As part of employee welfare activities, and with the employees' wellness in mind, a Health Screening and Health Awareness Campaign was organized in the Head Office Musaffah on Thursday, July 25th, 2024. In collaboration with Howden Guardian Insurance, a medical team from LifeCare provided their professional assistance. Session started with a Health Talk on Heat-related Illness followed by health check-up for the employees from Musaffah, Al Salam and Mirfa areas.
