On the topic of how our company supports employee development and learning, our response is more of a question. I believe that we often overlook the value that comes from or is inspired by children, as that realm is part of our occupation. Is it possible that we have commercialized the most valuable aspects of our future? Everything seems to indicate yes, as success lies not only in the achievements of industry or business, but in the principles that govern life itself. The only way and our ability to convey value do not lie in perfect alignment with digital achievements; they lie in our story, which we often abuse. I still wonder how much we truly learn and develop, and how much knowledge we genuinely transfer. Isn't that our mission: the preservation of humanity on our planet? When we lack personal boundaries, especially in relation to our most vulnerable group, children, we have to ask ourselves how much we take for granted. Instead of being the guiding light towards a brighter future, we often prioritize clicks, likes, and shares for monetary gain. We write, record, and say things without much thought, without considering the collateral damage we may cause to future generations. We fail to see that the value of today's world is not only in what we profit from for ourselves, but in how much of it we leave to new generations.
