Workshop 2: 'Open Access Publishing Models: An Overview of Strengths and Weaknesses' with Rick Anderson from Brigham Young University. Today, we're kicking things off with a special signing ceremony for new FORM members, followed by a report on the advancement of Open Science activities by Dr Alwaleed Alkhaja from Qatar National Library. Prof. Cameron Neylon, a highly respected Open Access activist and Professor of Research Communication at the Centre for Culture and Technology at Curtin University, will deliver an insightful keynote afterwards on 'The Power of Words: How do declarations and manifestos make a difference'.
