Build a strong relationship with business partners and stakeholders to provide service excellence and expertise. 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: Develop, cultivate and manage relationships with hiring managers to provide service excellence and recruitment expertise Drive a wide range of creative sourcing and recruiting strategies to identify, pipeline and select top global talent for current and future opportunities Implement a proactive talent acquisition strategy, from the analysis of business needs and job description to the presentation of a short list of candidates to the HR Business Partners Manage the identification and qualification of the sources and location of desired skills in the marketplace. Build a strong pipeline of potential candidates through networking, sourcing, applicant tracking system and internet resources. Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees Develop job appropriate behavioral and competency-based interview questions. Coach Hiring Managers on interviewing and candidate assessment techniques. Assist in developing budgets and short-term forecasts for different types of plans  Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities Ensure compliance to talent acquisition policies and procedures. 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: Advanced knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, recruitment methodologies, and sourcing techniques to attract top talent effectively. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and social media platforms enables efficient management of recruitment processes and candidate pipelines. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are vital for building relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners, and negotiating job offers to secure top talent for the organization. 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Master's or bachelor's degree in human resources or related field. 🔍We’re Hiring an 𝗛𝗥 𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁🔍 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗗𝘂𝗯𝗮𝗶 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆: 𝗞𝗧𝗖 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗟𝗟𝗖 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 Prepare timesheets in coordination with the operations department, ensuring accurate data and compliance with UAE labor law regarding working days, hours, and leave of absence (LOP). Monthly Leave Salary and End of Service Processing Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, HRIS data, and timekeeping records. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations and tax laws. Review and verify payroll data, including employee time records, benefits, and deductions. Prepare and review payroll reports and summaries. Resolve salary disputes and manage related payments. Reconciliation of all staff receivables Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and benefits. Conduct regular audits of payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with HR, finance, and other departments to ensure accurate payroll processing and reporting. Manage and maintain payroll software and systems, ensuring data integrity and system updates. Salary Budgeting and Analysis Record Keeping and updating of employees’ bank accounts/ exchange accounts, cross examining IBAN details, registration and deletion of employees’ money exchange records. Facilitating the direct deposit / WPS of employee salary or organizing the distribution of salary /paychecks. Process HR-related paperwork, such as employment contracts, payroll changes, and benefits 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲 Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field. Proven experience (6-8 years) in payroll management or a similar role, with at least 5 years In-depth knowledge of payroll systems, processes, and relevant legislation. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Professional certification in payroll (e.g., Certified Payroll Professional) is a plus.
