Build a strong relationship with business partners and stakeholders to provide service excellence and expertise. 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: Develop, cultivate and manage relationships with hiring managers to provide service excellence and recruitment expertise Drive a wide range of creative sourcing and recruiting strategies to identify, pipeline and select top global talent for current and future opportunities Implement a proactive talent acquisition strategy, from the analysis of business needs and job description to the presentation of a short list of candidates to the HR Business Partners Manage the identification and qualification of the sources and location of desired skills in the marketplace. Build a strong pipeline of potential candidates through networking, sourcing, applicant tracking system and internet resources. Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees Develop job appropriate behavioral and competency-based interview questions. Coach Hiring Managers on interviewing and candidate assessment techniques. Assist in developing budgets and short-term forecasts for different types of plans Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities Ensure compliance to talent acquisition policies and procedures. 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: Advanced knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, recruitment methodologies, and sourcing techniques to attract top talent effectively. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and social media platforms enables efficient management of recruitment processes and candidate pipelines. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are vital for building relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners, and negotiating job offers to secure top talent for the organization. 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Master's or bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
