We are looking for a suitable candidates in our Project Management Department for immediate hiring. *Role:* Planning Engineer  *Location:* Ras Al Khaimah, UAE   Job Description Project Planning and Scheduling - Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 & Advanced Excel to monitor progress, manage timelines, and identify potential delays, ensuring timely completion of all the projects. Preparation of Master Schedule for PEB Jobs - Prepare and manage the Master Schedule for all Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) jobs, ensuring that all project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables are clearly defined and tracked. Updating Project Progress & Reporting - Regularly update project progress using Primavera P6. Track the Plan vs Actual performance and providing forecast plans. Identifying variances in engineering, operations, and shipment delays and preparing comprehensive reports on these variances for senior management and stakeholders. Preparation of Monthly Engineering, Fabrication, and Shipment Plan - Prepare the monthly engineering, fabrication, and shipment plans to ensure organized feeding to the factory and facilitate the successful delivery of projects. This includes coordinating all project phases and ensuring that the production schedule aligns with the delivery requirements. Preparation of Master Project Register & Current Workload Charts - Prepare and maintain the Master Project Register and current workload charts for HR/PEB, showing available capacity and forecasting future project intakes. Overall Project Portfolio Summary - Provide an overall project portfolio summary that tracks the status of all active and upcoming projects, highlighting key milestones and project timelines for senior management and decision-making. Delay Analysis & Contractual Documentation - Conduct delay analysis to determine Extensions of Time (EOT) and prepare contractual delay letters. Ensure the submission of revised baseline or updated project schedules to clients, along with relevant documentation. Additionally, prepare Dashboards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track and communicate project performance.
