Guide patients on mobility and health-related issues. Maintain accurate patient records and coordinate with the healthcare team. Adhere to healthcare protocols and ensure high-quality care. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred. Current DHA Registered Nurse license. Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience. Position: Office Operation / Customer Service Representative(Speaking Tagalog)   Location: Abu Dhabi   Salary: AED 3,500 per month (with performance-based increments)   About the Role:   We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers and the sales team, ensuring seamless order processing and exceptional service delivery. While there are no face-to-face client interactions, your role is pivotal in maintaining customer satisfaction and facilitating smooth operations within the organization.   Key Responsibilities:   Order Management: Receive and process orders via email and phone calls from customers and the sales team. Verify requested items and prepare delivery notes accurately. Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with the logistics department and drivers to arrange timely delivery of orders. Ensure efficient routing and scheduling to meet customer requirements. Invoicing: Generate invoices upon order delivery and direct them to the finance department for processing. Maintain accurate records of transactions and payments. Procurement Support: Keep in touch with the procurement team to track incoming shipments to internal or international warehouses. Provide timely updates on stock availability and delivery timelines. Customer Communication: Monitor and respond to emails from contracted hospitals, clinics, doctors, and other stakeholders. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support as needed. General Office Duties: Perform various administrative tasks, including paperwork, phone calls, filing, and archiving. Assist with any secretarial duties to support the smooth functioning of the office. Qualifications and Skills:   Excellent communication skills in English & Tagalog (both verbal and written). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Prior experience in customer service or administrative role preferred. Knowledge of logistics and procurement processes is a plus. Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
