Recently, we hosted a fun, interactive workshop for our team to deeper explore the key OliOli® ingredients that make us special - the core values that shape our culture! Through games, puzzles and creative play we discovered how collaboration, ownership, drive for excellence, growth mindset and serving as role models defines our company culture. We’re excited to announce that OliOli® Children's Museum Doha is now an official partner with Life Skills Hub's vocational internship program - an amazing initiative focused on empowering young people with special needs to develop the practical skills and knowledge needed for success in the workforce. As part of this growing partnership, we recently conducted a training session called "Supporting Clients with Special Needs," designed to enhance our staff's ability to provide exceptional care and understanding to all visitors. After an engaging session filled with interactive exercises, our team was proudly certified, further cementing our commitment to inclusivity. We had an incredible time hosting our Recruitment Open Day last Friday, where we welcomed bright and enthusiastic students and individuals for an opportunity to join OliOli® as a Play Facilitator Intern. The Open Day was filled with interactive icebreakers, STEM-based activities and engaging role plays! It allowed the candidates to get a taste of what it's like to work at OliOli®. We're committed to discovering and nurturing new talent, and have designed our part-time Internship to allow emerging professionals to shine and grow.
