(Golog) have formed a strategic partnership to develop the Smart Regional Halal Distribution Centre (RHDC) and the Smart Regional Inland Port (RHIP) in Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan. According to Ivan Chin Wen Hau, CEO of Golog, this partnership aims to expand business opportunities in the halal sector, including the export of frozen food to the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Royal Eficaz will leverage its network and strategic insights to attract and secure investments, targeting USD 150 million. This collaboration will pave the way for Golog's innovative RHDC, RHIP, and other halal food projects in Malaysia. Royal Eficaz is proud to announce the signing of Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with Contigo Mobility (CoMo), witnessed by Emirates Transport (ET) and Chulia Middle East (CME). These partnerships mark a significant step in our mission to support the transition from internal combustion engines (ICE) to electric vehicles (EVs). Our collaboration with Contigo Mobility aims to enhance the EV infrastructure, facilitating the adoption of EV motorcycles. By combining our expertise, we will expand the reach and accessibility of EV technology, ensuring a smoother transition from ICE to EVs. Additionally, we will work on media campaigns to raise awareness about the benefits of EV technology and explore capital venture opportunities. We also witnessed the MoU between Contigo Mobility and Emirates Transport, focusing on integrating EV motorcycles into ET’s fleet. This initiative will promote greener and more efficient transport solutions, contributing to a sustainable future. Through Contigo Mobility’s partnership with Chulia Middle East, CME will introduce new green technologies and highlight the benefits of EV technology. This collaboration supports the UAE’s carbon emission reduction goals and explores capital venture opportunities. In Nov 2023 we had the pleasure of hosting the new UAE ambassador to Malaysia, H.E. Mubarak Saeed Burshaid Al Dhaheri at Uptown Dubai where we toured the DMCC (Dubai Multi Commodities Centre) facilities. As a key trade partner in Southeast Asia, Malaysia is currently on track to become the fifth nation, and third in the region, to sign a Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement with the UAE, thereby supporting stronger trade ties with strategic partners around the world. In recent months, the UAE’s Ministry of Investment formed a strategic partnership with Malaysia’s Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry (MITI) to build more data centres in country, while Malaysia’s growing coffee industry, whose import value reached $303 million in 2022, represents an ideal parter for DMCC Coffee Centre , which currently handles more than 20,000 metric tonnes of green coffee annually from its 15,000 square metre temperature-controlled facility. The main products exported from United Arab Emirates to Malaysia were Crude Petroleum ($1.53B), Refined Petroleum ($1.47B), and Gold ($492M). During the last 27 years these exports have increased at an annualized rate of 20.3%, from $33M in 1995 to $4.81B in 2022. In 2022, Malaysia exported $3.5B to UAE. The main products exported from Malaysia to UAE were Refined Petroleum ($546M), Jewellery ($535M), and Palm Oil ($313M). May Allah SWT bless us with strength, patience, and piety to perform our fasting worship with full devotion and sincerity. We also would like to express our deepest sympathy for the plight of our brothers and sisters in Palestine who are facing a horrific genocide by Israel. We strongly denounce the brutal atrocities committed by Israel against the innocent Palestinian people. We urge the international community, especially the UN, to take immediate and effective actions to stop Israel's aggression and to protect the human rights of the Palestinian people. We pray that Allah SWT protects and grants victory to the Palestinian people. We also encourage all Muslims to continue to pray, donate, and participate in solidarity movements to support our brothers and sisters in Palestine.
