Introducing Roland Berger’s new office in Dubai, driven by the firm’s eclectic culture, inclusivity, and diversity. Located over two floors, the office zones are divided into four types: ➡️ Arrive – a warm welcoming space that sets the tone for a positive and efficient start to the workday. ➡️ Create – ergonomic workstations and a variety of settings including closed offices and specialized areas, where technology such as advanced audiovisual equipment supports seamless work processes. ➡️ Connect – from formal boardrooms to informal huddle rooms and client interaction spaces, these areas enhance collaboration and communication. ➡️ Recharge – relaxing retreats with comfortable seating and soothing décor, including The Food Lounge and games room, allowing employees to take a break from the hustle and unwind. Design influences wellness, productivity levels, and in turn, the success of a business. Balancing projects, clients, and the daily rhythm of business often means that submitting for awards isn’t something we can prioritize a lot of the time. But when we’re able to, and the recognition comes, it’s a rewarding moment. Recently, we were given a special mention for Best Young Interior Design Firm at the Architizer A+Awards, and we’re so proud of the team for this one. Take a closer inside Sweid & Sweid’s head office at 6 Falak! 👇🏽 Our concept was driven by the principles of belonging, flexibility, and togetherness. Complementing the innovative design is a high contrast palette fusing timeless neutral tones and subtle brass accents, adding a touch of sophistication. In light of Emirati Women’s Day, Laila Al-Yousuf takes us on a journey through the Centre for Prenatal Paediatrics at Latifa Hospital and discusses how the design provides comfort to expecting mothers. The space combines a human touch with nature and advanced technology, while colors and materials evoke trust, balance, love, health, and optimism.
