Sharjah Islamic Bank, formerly known as the National Bank of Sharjah, is a publicly listed Islamic bank headquartered in the emirate of Sharjah in the United Arab Emirates. The bank was established in 1975 and in 2004 converted into a fully Shariah compliant bank. Sharjah Islamic Bank’s reputation and continued success has been built by providing customers with unparalleled levels of service and satisfaction. Through adopting a visionary strategy and upholding clear policies of risk management and cost control throughout all areas of operations, we have successfully diversified to offer customers a broad range of Sharia’a compliant retail, commercial, corporate, investment and international banking services through its extensive UAE network. Since its inception in 1975, Sharjah Islamic Bank has gone from strength to strength. Today, the bank has a rapidly expanding network of 35 branches throughout the UAE supported by a growing number of ATM’s and EDM’s located in convenient and popular business, shopping and leisure destinations. أعلن مصرف الشارقة الإسلامي ارتفاع أرباحه الصافية بنسبة 29% حيث بلغت 992.1 مليون درهم عن التسعة أشهر الأولى من عام 2024 مقابل 767.3 مليون درهم عن نفس الفترة من العام السابق قبل احتساب الضرائب حيث وصلت إلى 902.5 مليون درهم بعد خصم الضرائب بنهاية سبتمبر من عام 2024 بارتفاع وقدرة 18% وتأتي الزيادة الإجمالية في الإيرادات نتيجة استمرار الأداء القوي للمصرف، والنهج الذي يركز على العملاء وتنويع منتجاته الموجهة للعملاء ذات العوائد الجيدة. وارتفعت إيرادات المنتجات التمويلية والاستثمارية بنسبة 22% ما يعادل ارتفاعاً قدره 494.1 مليون درهم ليبلغ 2.7 مليار درهم للتسعة أشهر الأولى من عام 2024 مقارنه بـ 2.2 مليار درهم عن نفس الفترة من العام السابق. Sharjah Islamic Bank announced an increase in its profit before tax by 29%, amounting to AED 992.1 million for the first nine months of 2024, compared to AED 767.3 million for the same period of the previous year, whereas, net profit after tax amounted AED 902.5 million or the first nine months of 2024, an increase of 18% as compared to the same period of previous year. The overall revenue increase is because of the SIB's strong core performance; focus on SIB’s customer centric approach and multiple new high profit oriented customized products. Total income on financing and investment products increased by 22%, equivalent to an increase of AED 494.1 million, to reach AED 2.7 billion for the first nine month of 2024, compared to AED 2.2 billion for the same period last year.
