With over 25 years of hospitality experience, Naleem has a robust background in operations and food and beverage management. Most recently, he served as Multi-Property General Manager at Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Hotel and Aloft Palm Jumeirah, where he successfully managed a complete renovation project at Sheraton JBR, revitalizing 256 rooms and suites, restaurants, the lobby, and public areas.
