The Sri Lanka Bankers Association was inaugurated in June 2023 at a general meeting under the supervision of the Sri Lankan Professionals Associations of UAE. The SLBA-UAE is a registered member of the SLPA-UAE with the following goals and objectives; - To be the umbrella association for Sri Lankan Banking and Financial professionals employed in the UAE in promoting the highest level of professionalism and career advancement. - Conduct regular Continuous Professional Development (CPDs) and establish internal and local accreditation as a means of skill enhancement for our membership. - To enable SLBA as a hub for networking of like-minded professionals not only within our membership but also within other professional associations with the United Arab Emirates and the region at large.
