Last week, STADA Pymepharco's leadership team gathered in Phan Thiet for a significant two-day offsite that set the foundation for their 𝗔𝗺𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 strategy. During the two-day event, the team focused on: • Leveraging strengths and identifying growth areas through Life Mapping and Hogan Assessment to enhance team dynamics. • Co-creating the Ambition 2025 Strategic Plan, with a clear focus on cross-functional collaboration and shared goals. • Celebrating company values through the STADA Value Awards, recognizing leadership and dedication to both personal and collective development. • Promoting mental health awareness with a doctor-led session on stress management, marking the start of the Doctor Series for sustainable well-being. I just closed another week in China, this time with my colleagues Simone Berger, EVP and Chief People Officer, and Frank Staud, EVP and Global Head of Communications and Branding at STADA Group. The highlight of the week was for sure our day in Shenzhen to meet some of the senior leaders of CR Sanjiu (CR999), the market leader in Consumer Healthcare in China with whom we established a strategic partnership recently. We were pleased to see that CR Sanjiu’s Purpose, “Creating a Better Life for People” is very similar to ours, “Caring for People’s Health”, and is both the North Star and an inspiration for their employees in their daily work. As their Vision, to outgrow the industry to become a leader in the segments where they operate, is fundamentally the same as ours at STADA Group, it was very easy to understand their perspectives and opportunities on our Consumer Healthcare business, and to work together towards common goals. Overall, that day in their Head Office was certainly very beneficial and productive, and helped to build further trust, respect and relationships between our teams. It reinforced the confidence we have that CR Sanjiu is the right strategic partner for STADA to accelerate its growth in China.
