Strata Manufacturing is currently seeking an experienced Program Lead Job Location: Al Ain, UAE Role Purpose: - Responsible for directing programs from inception through completion, monitoring the set budget, devising an action plan in case of any deviation and implementing process improvement, standardization and project management methodologies and best practices to enhance profitability of the program. Required Qualifications: - Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in program/project management in aerospace industry, at least 3 of which must have been in the leadership position - Experience in management and delivery of aerospace transfer programs at portfolio which generate revenue through to the end of the program lifecycle Job Specific Technical Skills: - An undergraduate degree in Engineering field (e.g., engineering, project engineering, systems engineering, operations or computer science) - Project Management Certification PMI or equivalent) is a must.
