Job description Duties & Responsibilities · Daily program management by ensuring correct conduct of classes and delivery of the program. · Planning the overall program by curating assessment criteria and monitoring customer progress. · Producing accurate and timely reporting of customer progress. · Immediately respond to member needs or concerns to ensure the quality of service meets agreed standards. · Deliver engaging drama classes, Musical Theatre, Acting, Improv, Public Speaking. · Classes must be creative and fun, with the proper foundation and motor skills techniques, under the guidance of the Program Manager. · Responsible for the quarterly renewal. · Managing communication with its community and internal stakeholders Manage/liaise with Trinity College ME to help deliver the Trinity Acting/Musical Theatre program for ages 9+ — Trinity degree not a requirement but familiarity with the same is preferred .Manage different levels and experience classes within one class .Experience working with individuals with ADHD and other neurodiverse conditions is a plus. Skills and Attributes of the Program Manager · Energetic, bubbly and friendly with the experience of teaching all age groups. · Ability to collaborate with the wide range of individuals involved in managing the program · Strong leadership and management skills · Good knowledge of performance and resource allocation procedures · The ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems .Should be familiar with or more of the following: Stanislavsky, Strassberg, Meisner and Adler techniques and methods of acting .Musical theatre training not required but a plus .Should have performance experience to deliver accurate and industry standard training to all ages .Basic filmmaking abilities, knowledge of editing software such as iMovie, Filmora, CapCut and if possible Da Vinci Resolve Able to manage multiple projects, delegate and work with dynamic personalities .Good relationship management with parents and adult members .Public speaking training, experience and familiarity with Toastmasters/TEDx a plus

JOB SUMMARY • An experienced, confident Ballet teacher for beginner ballet through to advanced level, with an ability to teach pointe work. • Available after school hours, from 3:30- 7pm, 3-4 times a week, flexible with the days off per week. • Able to commit fully to the school year, working under the guidance of the Junior Dance Program Manager. • Classes must be creative and fun, with a focus on developing classical dance technique. • Energetic, bubbly and friendly persona with an ability to liaise well with both parents & students. • This role has the potential expand to more classes in the future • RAD CBTS essential, with an ability to confidently teach and deliver syllabus work & prepare students for RAD examinations. YOUR CHARACTER As a Junior Dance Coach, you have to be passionate about making sure that your students learn, progress consistently and have fun. Coaches must conduct themselves professionally both in and out of the studio.
