Then apply!    Responsibilities and Attributions:   Responsibilities: Launch and technical support of industrial operation at partner trading enterprises: - interaction with a nearby dealer, his technical support (visits to a partner if necessary work on site), - collection of technical specifications for ECR retail outlets, - monitoring work, collecting feedback, reconciling data between merchants’ cash reports and data in SwitchSales, Organization of demo circuits in the company’s office: - test bench with SwitchSales solutions for testing and reliability of work, - installation of various ECR, equipment (receipt printers, QR scanners, etc.) to check compatibility with SwitchSales solutions, - providing remote access to stands for the team’s development.   Requirements and qualifications:    - Completed graduation preferably in IT, engineering or related areas;  - Similar and proven experience in implementing and supporting POS/ECR hardware and software;  - Good written and verbal English and Portuguese communication skills.    Additional Information The following will be considered differentials for the position:   - Licenses or certifications preferred: PMP, HCM, ITIL, PMI, CISSP, SAP, CCNA, ACE, IFE, II;  - Proactive and self-manageable profile; #saopaulo #hybrid #office
