Problem solving. In our industry, Real Estate, many times it feels more like we applied for problem solving position than anything else. And that’s actually totally welcomed. On a recent sale, one of my team members had “lost the sale” as the client could not complete the down payment on time, after the initial blocking amount had been given. The engaged sales manager at developer also confirmed the case was closed and he lost the booking amount. NOPE. I found another sales manager with aligned mindset and guess what: the amount was credited as long as the client was purchasing a unit of higher amount. Of course! Whenever I face a wall, I just go looking for the door to be opened but no, I don’t engage with Nay sayers or those tho have shown me the wall. Maybe as Mexican I am already not intimidated by any wall. lol. #problemsolving #therealtordubai

Why is so important to choose your property consultant wisely? Unfortunately, there are thousands of agents in the market today, some of them don’t care about the client’s interests and are only focused on making a sale. An agent can easily mislead an inexperienced buyer during the sales process by: - Adding clauses to the contract without informing one of the parties, such as extra fee charges. - Failing to provide complete information about the unit, such as not disclosing that the parking space is outside and without a shade, explain about the risks in a high valuation (if applies) by the day of transfer. - Providing false information, like claiming the building is chiller-free when it is not, the unit will be furnished or not, etc. As an advice, please ASK as much as you can about the unit and read ALL THE CLAUSES of the contract before you sing, if there’s any doubt ASK again and again until everything is clear. Otherwise the unprofessional agent may shift the blame onto the client by stating that they didn’t provide certain information because the client didn’t specifically ask for it and your pocket can be affected on the day of transfer.
