This passion project is a true blend of creativity, artistry, and vision.  A collaborative effort between MABEL Hospitality & Leisure Quest brings  La Camera! By TOTÓ a unique concept to life.    Inspired by the glamour and luxury of 1950s and 60s cinema, it pays tribute to Italian screen icons like Gina Lollobrigida, Sofia Loren, and Marcello Mastroianni. Drawing heavily from the legendary filmmaker Federico Fellini, the concept embraces his signature use of circus imagery, evoking a sense of flamboyant romanticism and a love for mystery, magic, and make-believe. A fusion of gastronomic artistry, innovative mixology, and immersive live performances by extraordinary singers and musicians, all designed to leave guests in a state of euphoria.    It’s all in the name! Following the ethos of its parent brand, TOTÓ, La Camera’s name is a nod to Italian cinema while also playing on the double meaning of "the room" in Italian. This wordplay adds a touch of intrigue, underscoring the exclusive, whimsical, and mysterious vibe of La Camera.   What about the logo?  A creative spin-off from the distinguished TOTÓ brand, drawing its inspiration from the classic and charming typography of vintage cinema. The typography is crafted to evoke a sense of nostalgia, reminiscent of old movie marquees and film posters, yet it is modernized to maintain relevance in today’s market.    I feel honoured and proud to be part of such an extraordinary project, one that challenges the limits of creativity and redefines artistic expression. Leisure Quest Restaurants Management L.L.C. has opened TOTÓ Vini e Cucina, a new Italian restaurant in Downtown Dubai, in collaboration with Rafael Nadal, Pau Gasol, and Cristiano Ronaldo. Located on Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard, TOTÓ pays homage to 1950s and 60s Italian cinema, offering a rustic setting that blends classic cinematography with modern Dubai.
