If you told me 10 months ago that I’d be standing in front of White & Co Real Estate LLC holding a trophy for Best Support, I would’ve… totally believed you 😉.  Not because I rigged the vote or slipped my name into the slides, but because I knew what an opportunity I had when I joined White & Co’s Marketing Team to grow professionally and sharpen my digital marketing skills. Today, I’m the go-to person for market reports, and an Adobe C-Suite expert. Illustrator? Easy. Photoshop? Perfectionist. Lightroom? Light-work. Of course, at the start, I was overwhelmed. But if you put your mind to learning anything, you’ll master it. YouTube is such a powerful tool, and too many people make excuses about time or ability when really, they just don’t want it enough. Five months later, I was offered the role of Graphic Market Analyst. Then came the next challenge: mastering Property Monitor. After Adobe, this was a breeze. For anyone who’s ever opened Adobe for the first time, you’ll get it. With just two weeks to prepare my first set of market reports, the pressure was real. It was tough, involved a lot of late nights, but seeing the final product was a huge relief. Four months and four sets of reports later, I can confidently say that I love the reports we produce.
