Learn about the event Voting System and choose the best HR-case on December 12 in Abu Dhabi. 🗳 WOW!HR Voting System The voting procedure consists of two stages: 📌 Stage 1: When presentation process is over, nominees are given ballots for voting. Only those nominees are allowed for voting, who watched and listened all of the presentations within a section. The nominees vote for each case based on three criteria: Idea, Implementation, and Result. Voters allocate their scores among all the projects except their own. 📌 Stage 2: All guests who have registered and stayed until the end of the case presentations can vote as viewers. Guests can vote on the specialized digital voting platform. A voter can choose one favorite case in each nomination.
