Health Safety Environment Officer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced freelance HSE Officer to join our team on a project-based basis in UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing health and safety measures for specific projects.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Implement Evolution's Health and Safety Policy and related programs for assigned projects

·       Conduct regular HSE inspections to identify potential hazards and risks.

·       Reviewing risk assessments and method statements from subcontractors and supporting the project team in

developing their own risk assessments.

·       Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.

·       Develop and deliver HSE training and education programs for employees.

·       Manage emergency response plans and procedures.

·       Ensure compliance with all applicable HSE regulations and standards.

·       Collaborate with the client's HSE representative and other relevant parties to ensure alignment and address any

concerns.

·       Execute HSE tasks assigned by the Evolution QHSE Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant HSE experience in the UAE, preferably in Event Industry
• Holds a bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field, and has obtained the NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC).  
• Strong understanding of HSE regulations and standards in the UAE
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Able to drive in the UAE and have a car.
• Valid Freelance Visa

Please note: This is a freelance, project-based position, and candidates must have a valid freelance visa in the UAE. Compensation will be determined on a per-project basis
