102.4 Mirchi a leading Radio station here in the UAE, is seeking a highly motivated Media Marketing Manager to elevate our brand presence on-air and across digital channels.
Job Overview:
This role is perfect for an innovative, media-savvy professional passionate about creating powerful brand connections and driving audience engagement. The ideal candidate will take charge of brand identity, strategic partnerships, campaign planning, and multi-channel audience engagement initiatives to increase listenership and generate revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy Development: Define and evolve the station’s brand voice, identity, and positioning to align with our audience and market trends.
Creative management: Should be affluent with the use of Canva to create and design Social media posts, print, website & PowerPoint presentations for the station.
Photoshoots: Develop themes and ideas for station shoots, collaborate with vendors to execute unique theme’s that stand out from competition.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across on-air, digital, social, and on-ground platforms, including concept creation, scheduling, and post-campaign analysis.
Partnership Development: Identify, establish, and manage strategic partnerships with brands, events, and influencers that align with the station's target audience and objectives.
Audience Engagement: Create and implement engaging content strategies to grow and retain the station’s listener base, driving loyalty through unique and interactive experiences.
Market Research & Insights: Conduct regular market research to understand audience preferences, competitor activities, and industry trends, using insights to guide campaign planning and branding decisions.
Collaboration with Sales & Programming: Work closely with the sales and programming teams to develop and implement branded content, sponsorships, and integration opportunities for clients, enhancing revenue potential.
Event Marketing: Plan and oversee station events, including on-ground activations, contests, and live broadcasts, ensuring cohesive branding and audience appeal.
Data Analysis: Track and monitor the performance of marketing initiatives, utilizing data to optimize future campaigns and enhance ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the media, radio, or entertainment industries.
- Proven track record in brand management, partnership development, and campaign execution.
- Strong understanding of digital and social media platforms, with experience in creating cross-platform campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Creative mindset with the ability to translate ideas into impactful campaigns.
- Analytical skills to interpret campaign data and optimize strategies.
