It has been over a month since I first contacted your customer service team, and despite multiple follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved. The continued delays and poor communication are extremely frustrating. However, despite my complaint, no technician has visited to address the issue. This is extremely disappointing, especially considering I also purchased an Extra safeguard cover for added protection.
