🌟 We are pleased to have advised the Joint Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners on the debut international sukuk issuance by TVF Varlık Kiralama A.Ş. With TVF İFM Gayrimenkul İnşaat ve Yönetim A.Ş. as obligor and Türkiye Varlik Fonu (Türkiye Wealth Fund) as guarantor, this 5-plus year Sukuk achieved a 6.95% profit rate and was over four times oversubscribed.
