With TVF İFM Gayrimenkul İnşaat ve Yönetim A.Ş. as obligor and Türkiye Varlik Fonu (Türkiye Wealth Fund) as guarantor, this 5-plus year Sukuk achieved a 6.95% profit rate and was over four times oversubscribed.
